how it works

you can find a large variety of experiences on the meventi website. detailed descriptions of these experiences as well as related pictures are available on our web pages. for some experiences videos are available.

1. selecting an experience

if you are interested in an experience, please select a “venue”. this will display the exact price in the shopping cart. then click on “place in shopping cart”.

2. your personal shopping cart

when you have placed the experience in your shopping cart, it will be shown up there. if you wish to purchase more experiences, click on "select more experiences". if not, then click on “order certificate”. this completes the purchase procedure.

you can increase or reduce the number of certificates by simply changing the number.

you can always return easily and directly to the shopping cart by clicking on the grey bar labelled "shopping cart".

3. your order

after clicking on “order certificate”, you can select your desired method of payment. you can pay using credit card, or “paypal”, the payment method for “ebay”.

4. your address

after specifying payment, please provide us with your address. please inform us here if the payment address is different from the delivery address.

5. ordering

after entering your data, please click on “order/pay”. this completes your purchase procedure. your order has been placed and you will receive an e-mail which will include further information.

6. confirmation via e-mail

you will receive the automated confirmation of your order via e-mail within the next 2-3 minutes.

7. certificate delivery

your gift certificate is also attached with the confirmation e-mail if you have opted for pdf delivery. you may print the gift certificates yourself (recommended: use a color printer) or you may request to have the certificate sent to you in an elegant silver envelope. please note that the delivery of your gift certificate is dependent on the us postal service, if you choose this option.

8. redeem certificate

a certificate code and a security code are printed on the certificate which are activated automatically upon receipt of payment. you may redeem your certificate using these codes on our website. upon entering the codes, you can now access all the details for your experience, such as reservation, directions etc. you're now good to go. have fun!
