what is meventi?
meventi offers experiences that can be given easily and directly as gifts in the form of a certificate. all experiences and the respective venues have been chosen very carefully to ensure the highest quality standards.
how will i receive the gift certificate?
we will send you the gift certificate as a pdf file (delivered via e-mail / download link) or as a pre-printed version (delivered by mail) wrapped in a high-class silver envelope.
how do i pay for the certificate?
you can pay for the gift certificates through a debit card, credit card or also via “paypal” (payment method for ebay).
how can the gift certificate be redeemed?
all pertinent information is printed on the gift certificate. the owner of the certificate contacts our local partner to book a date. Any travel to the experience venue is done individually. important: do not forget to take the certificate with you to the venue.
can i return the certificate?
generally, you can cancel the purchase of the gift certificate for 30 days of purchase without giving a reason. simply return the certificate on time. note: only the original purchaser can request a refund. extended Holiday return policy: gift certificates and value certificates purchased through our web site between november 1st and december 31st of that same year may be returned for a refund by the original purchaser until january 31st of the following year.
a written cancellation may be sent by mail, fax or e-mail together with the certificate. if you return the certificate by mail to the address specified under “contact us”, the postmark determines the valid date for the the cancellation period.
what are the delivery charges?
no delivery charges are incurred for an order in a certificate envelope. if your order contains at least 1 gift box, there is a one-time charge of $5 for packaging and postage by mail, and a one-time charge of $7 for an event box order. courier fees will apply for special delivery. you can select an option upon check-out.
